Encouragement after very stressful time

So when I went to my fresh start appointment I was surprised that have lost 2lbs that I gained and have lost 1 inch off my waist. I needed this boost to my morale. To be honest, I felt I had lost my focus in changing to increased healthy eating and being more active.
