I gave up smoking 2 years ago and gained 4 stone I'm a fussy eater don't eat vegetables really struggle as I have a very sweet tooth

There comes a time when we have to look at our habits and decide whether to stick with them, or change them. Once upon a time, you used to be a person who smoked and I bet there were times when you thought you'd never changed, but you did.

Right now, you're a person that doesn't like vegetables. That doesn't have to be you for life. You could change that, too. There's a whole world of vegetables out there and if you've avoided them you won't know what you might like if you gave it a try :)
