Started a strict ketogenic diet two and a half weeks ago and currently lost just over a stone. Was initially 16 stone so was shocked into action. Very pleased with early results. Now enjoying the process but felt very low and tired the first week - keto flu?

Hopefully you can read about how to get rid of this at this link?
What food do you eat on this as I may have to eat this may as I am seriously overweight and may be diabetic Gail

I have been strictly low carb, less than 10 grams per day but loads of vegetables, red meat, fish and oils. I am seventy now and so pleased with results to date. I am drinking lots of water and occasionaly adding Diaoralite. The best bit is lack of hunger pangs. I used soup and shakes too for the first few days, liked the shakes but found the soup odd. Brian
How are you feeling now? Yes, it's normal to feel a bit weird for a few days, but if you're not feeling better two-and-a-half weeks in, you might need to make some adjustments.
Great result, by the way. A whole stone in two weeks is pretty unusual! Stick with it, and you won't recognise your own reflection by Christmas
