Hi and welcome

You have definitely found the right forum if you are looking at a healthy eating life change, this forum is wonderful you will get, support, help, tips and motivation, no question is too silly just ask, these people have changed my life around, I'm eating healthy, having fun (i don't do exercise I swim, cycle and walk for fun) and I'm losing weight slowly sensibly and loving it. I hope you get as much out of the 12 week plan and the forum as I do.

Good luck

P.S. Ive Lost 3 Stone in 12 weeks and Started another 12 weeks to reach my target.

Hi, thanks for the advice its much appreciated. I know my failings and tend to be an emotional eater bingeing on choccy when something upsets me. The only way i can do it is not to have temptation in the house as i cant stop at one biscuit so it has to be none at all. Well done on your terrific weight loss.
