I have started a journey to lose weight. After having two kids my weight sky rocketed and now I feel ready to get back to my old confident self.
Being a working mum and trying to find an appropriate time to go gym is impossible for me since my youngest isn’t even two yet. So today I decided to change the couch to 5k run to couch to 25k cycling on my exercise bike I’m follow By the plan it’s just adapted to my circumstance. I did 30mins and worked off 324 calories.

I started increasing my exercise by using an ancient exercise bike and it helped me enormously! I was able to move onto C25K and I'm sure you'll be able to as well

We can do this! Also try walking with your children as much as you can I used to be an absolute gym bunny when I had the time but now I don’t so find fast paced hilly walks helps burn lots of calories and makes you feel more toned after a couple of weeks.
