I ate handfuls of almonds two days in a row I thought they would help slimming , last week I didn't go to the gym as I hurt my leg so this week I went back to the gym
I'm horrified that a week off as have this dramatic effect
Unless it's my scales, Iforgot my favourite leggings and wore some old ones there are actually two sizes too small for me but they managed to fit so I don't know what's going on

Sorry -what did you weigh before the 70kg weigh in ? Gym exercise can build muscle and our bodies sometimes carry slightly more water . Would eat mindfully and exercise this week and only weigh once a week . Change battery in scales for reassurance.
69.4kg, I think it's just water is not real weight loss.I used to lose weight if I cut out what I ate at breakfast or a tiny little breakfast time so I maybe I should try that as well
So far today I've been for a park walk if I can get a workout in tonight , the difficulty is that I ate dinner late and so won't have time 2-hours to let it digest and then exercise this is a constant problem I eat late and then can't exercise
