This was my supper which I posted on daily diary & was so filling & yummy.

150g cooked pork tenderloin with bacon, aunt Bessie Swede & carrot mash 200g before cooking, veg & mymushroom gravy total 538 cals

I weighed my food & used My Fitness Pal to count calories - funnily enough am planning a similar meal this eve 😊

I’ve got Myfiness pal. I wondered if this site had a section for calorie counting. Enjoy your tea 😊
