Another rainbow plate shogg ...I think I should send you over some squashes I'm getting sick of eating my way through my harvest. Too bad I can't grow asparagus as abundantly! Looks very tasty

That looks good.Do you use frozen spinach shogg ? Only discovered it recently and have found it very useful. Had eggs with onion and spinach for breakfast this morning.

Hi Hairflair says A Happy New You ! If you like sweet potato put together with carrots for a homemade soup a stock cube blip add honey to taste finish with a spoon of creme fraiche . Seasonal veg and fruits are cheap nutritious and versa tile .kale and spinach make good smoothies.Happy You .
