Hello NG18CCS , are you wanting to lose weight and join this forum? I don't understand your post
I am.
I have had a block for years around my weight issues.
I have had counselling.
There are links to child sexual abuse and mistrust of men.
It was decades ago.
I still struggle.
I know that’s normal.
I am working on body image.
If I am fat men won’t come near me. It’s my coping strategy.
It’s very unhealthy. I know that.
I am getting closer to making changes. Need some positive people around me to keep me going.

Purely by accident.
I am in hospital and was looking for information regarding my illness on NHS when I came across this forum.
This was a cue for my own weight issues and started to think about how I was feeling and what affects that. Of course my weight, how I look and how I feel was there straight away. I thought this might just be the one. The one that can help me change what is making my life miserable. Me. My thoughts, my feelings, memories. So here goes. Positive thoughts and people. Thankyou so much.
