That has happened to me and I would say that it has happened to everyone on this forum. You said that you had been doing so well and enjoying it, so just start again. The fact that you enjoyed what you have been doing bodes well for the future. Don't be embarrassed, as I say it has happened to everyone and is part of losing weight. We just get through those difficult times and carry on and you will get there. It really is one step at a time and gradually changing our eating habits. Best wishes and good to see you back.

Very well done for being brave and accepting your weight loss blip. Successful losers aren’t the ones who never trip up, but the ones who don’t give up 😊

I’ve changed your badge to Restart, wear it with pride as it proves you didn’t give in 😊

It’s always worth reading the Welcome Newbies post again as a refresher healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and also the security post as I notice younhavent locked your post healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Best wishes

Indigo 😊

Hi louisepeters11,

Coming back on and being honest with things is the first step! we all have slips but you have a clean start this week, onward and downward, little steps at a time. Hope you have a great week :)

I think that's the difference here, a slip up is just that, it's not the end of the road.

If you can learn anything from it that can help you next time you're in the same situation, all to the good; if not, no matter, just turn your face forward and come along with us.

I don't know if you've joined a weekly weigh-in: I found that the greatest support here. Once you've joined, you get to know a group of people and support each other along the way, and you'll know you're needed each week to support them, even when you're not happy with your own scales.

Every one of us has been a restart at some point, so make the most of it :)
