Any ideas where I can find some low impact or chair exercises?

Swimming is low impact. I'm not sure the reasons for you want to do low impact exercises, but I did a lot of swimming whilst pregnant because it's one of the few things recommended. Even if you can't swim, just walking up and down in the pool can help because the water acts as resistance, so you put more energy in.

Body Fit with Amy... You Tube... she ha a set of low impact for beginners or folk who cannot manage some high powered exercise.

I am not sure if it is for weight loss that you need the exercise for... but this is an example?
