I’m checking in as it’s my weak time of day and I don’t want to ruin my good work today. I need to not start on the sweet things as I find it hard to stop. I am satisfied after my dinner so hopefully I can not eat until tomorrow now. I’ll keep reading on here to help xxx

I cannot have biscuits in the house, since I started reducing my weight.
Removing all temptation is the only way I can cope. If there were any chocolate biscuits available, I know that I would think one wouldn't make much difference.....Who has one ?😂
I haven’t over eaten tonight. Reading these messages is helping. I know once I can do it for a few nights it will become easier xxx

A member here Fizzylizzy13 set a challenge not to eat after 7pm.
If you've eaten healthily during the day, it's habit not hunger.
I've followed her suggestion.
No willpower or self discipline required.. just a simple decision. It's worked for me.😀

Oh Tulip1977, the evenings are sooo tricky! Great distraction ideas from everyone- I love a bath with a good book! When I’m desperate and really can’t manage without something, a 5Kcal sugar free jelly helps. Stick with it! 😊
