Hi guys. I'm a bit confused. I put my weight, height and goal weight into MyFitnessPal and it says 1320 calories a day. But in the NHS BMI calculator it says 1779-2288. What do I make of that?!
Obviously MyFitnessPal is further complicated by the exercise minus points etc. I'm finding the 1320cal possible, but I've seen some posts on here about how it's unhelpful to eat too little...? Any help would be much appreciated.
