Welcome back Jan
I'm afraid weight loss isn't linear and there are no guarantees to weight loss. People generally lose more at the beginning of their journeys and that slows down, the closer they get to their goal weight.
By sticking to your recommended calorie range, according to the NHS BMI calculator, you may lose 1 - 2 pounds per week, but this isn't guaranteed either. We're all different.
Please read this, as you've used your own name and left your post unlocked.
I find that tracking my inches as well helps; as sometimes the scales do not move but the inches do- especially if you exercise.
Hi hood365 You say you've lost your way in the last couple of months. However, you've been phenomenally successful in losing weight in the past. Maybe it's just a question of going back to what worked for you previously. If you're counting calories, you might have to eat slightly fewer than you did before if you still weigh less than you did when you started your weight loss. I wouldn't get too worried about the rate you are losing weight. As long as you are losing something each month then you will reach your goal. The important thing is to commit to a plan that will work for you now before you get too demoralised. Good Luck.
