The other week

The other week I put a post about what my height should be to my weight to be in the healthy range and as the weeks go by I can change my height to correspond to what I’ve lost. So my starting height was 7’11” today it’s 7’5” a loss of 6” I’ll soon be my true height. So take this in the light hearted way it’s meant and look at how tall you should be for your weight and watch it slowly get smaller when you lose weight. If your brave enough post how tall you should be too. Have fun looking.

Yours chances of becoming a world renowned basket ball player are diminishing by the week :)

I love it 😂😂😂 I wanted to see what weight I had to get to do that I would be in the different ranges so while I was doing that I thought let’s see how tall I should be as I’ve always said I’m not fat I’m just short for my weight!!

Never thought of big hair as I’ve not had any for the past 20 years lol 👴

I can't even find a chart that covers me!

7'3'' but was 7'9'' when I first looked so like you down by 6'' so 18'' to go! LOL

Love this way of looking at it. You’re doing great.

So are you.

I get fed up after a while looking at the scales, so working out that if I can look at it a different way I keep my interest so keep my motivation in what I’m doing. Plus it’s a nice light hearted way to look at your weight.

I'm amazed at how much bigger the bus seats are these days. London Transport are getting generous!

I always sit in the middle of a double seat on the bus (when I use them) but my buses are always empty.

6’ 5”. - I am 5’ 4” - will invest in a stretching rack - problem solved 😃

Or a couple of horses to be pulled between. Maybe someone on here has some that we can stretch everyone between??

I’m at the top op healthy range, but I need to lose 19 lbs to be where my doctors and I want me to be. I guess my height should be 5’9 inches but I’m only 5’7.5”

I started out at 6’6” and I’m now about 5’6” . . . Only 4 inches to go 🤣🤪😂

Wow so a 12” loss for you as I answered barcud earlier that should be a different type of badge for that loss lol😂😂
