The other week I put a post about what my height should be to my weight to be in the healthy range and as the weeks go by I can change my height to correspond to what I’ve lost. So my starting height was 7’11” today it’s 7’5” a loss of 6” I’ll soon be my true height. So take this in the light hearted way it’s meant and look at how tall you should be for your weight and watch it slowly get smaller when you lose weight. If your brave enough post how tall you should be too. Have fun looking.

I love it 😂😂😂 I wanted to see what weight I had to get to do that I would be in the different ranges so while I was doing that I thought let’s see how tall I should be as I’ve always said I’m not fat I’m just short for my weight!!
I get fed up after a while looking at the scales, so working out that if I can look at it a different way I keep my interest so keep my motivation in what I’m doing. Plus it’s a nice light hearted way to look at your weight.
I'm amazed at how much bigger the bus seats are these days. London Transport are getting generous!
I’m at the top op healthy range, but I need to lose 19 lbs to be where my doctors and I want me to be. I guess my height should be 5’9 inches but I’m only 5’7.5”
