It can be hard at times, getting into a routine and making it a lifestyle rather just simply a diet. Stay with it and will get better, good luck.

It can be really difficult to find what works for us as individuals. My suggestion would be to calorie count, watch the carbs and include full fat and not eat any 'diet' foods for starters.

Be open minded to trying lots of different approaches and maybe take the best from each. It takes time to gain weight and unfortunately it can take a time to loose it - just keep trying and you will succeed
