You're sounding very organised. I suggest you get your calorie range from the NHS BMI calculator and start towards the top of that range, then you can reduce as your weight reduces. Eating within that range you'll lose weight at a rate of 1-2lbs/0.5-1kg per week, which is a healthy, sustainable rate
