Morning everyone I had such horrible night sleep with the hot weather and pain I’ve bin in with my back it unbearable u really craving sugary things I need jus boost people so sorry I jus feel like rubbish I hoping I go for slow easy walk later help :(

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so bad, Amie_eve, I hope the pain eases quickly and that you're able to go for a stroll.

Sometimes we crave comfort food when we're not feeling 100% because we've got used to using it to make us feel better. If that's the case, we need to change our expectations and find other things to soothe us. You made a good choice by posting here. Would a warm bath be possible, a tens machine, a hug from a friend/loved one?

If the craving is due to the things that you're eating, then you need to look at what you're eating and make the necessary changes. If I eat any sugar at all, then I crave more and more and maybe you fit into the same category as me?

I really hope that you find the answers and that your day starts to improve :)

Moreless thank u I hope so do walk does always make me feel better in the same I best to avoid anything sugary it make me want me I’m jus trying fine something to swap that with I try do things take my mine of thing first and drink water if I can hope my mood improves thank u for ur post

If I eat carbs I crave carbs ie. sugar

I had 200g cherries yesterday and was starving all night and then ate outside of my calorie allowance.

Easier just to cut them out as even fruit sets me off.

Re: your back , I had terrible lower back issues and still wake up stiff every morning but excercising every day and dropping 50lbs has made a huge difference. I have spinal stenosis in my neck as well so know how debilitating it is - just got to create mindset for change which means looking forward to new fitted life not back to old ways.

Get out there and do two shorter walks today , the more you move the less you’ll hurt xxx

Oh ok lovely thank u do u follow the nhs weigh loss plan regarding ur calories I hav got all information on it I no I’m in a lot of pain but I don’t let it stop walking unless I really cant move then I can’t but I do try do one to two walks a days I take my lil girl in pushchair help her get so air to thank u hedgehog1968

I do less than recommended , because also low carb, average about 1100-1300 a day

I have managed to convince myself that I do not feel hungry when it is hot.

As moreless says: you need to eat enough of everything, without eating too many calories (not that I count calories).
