Morning everyone I had massive slip up this morning I had 2 tea with sugar and half packet of biscuits god so disappointed in myself I need try use something when I tired go for something healthy had rough night due in in pain with my back so fed up with me keep slipping up but coz I got bad I’m gonna go walk one try help my bk and second try clear my head alway makes me feel better hubby peed me off last night as well which didn’t help my mood and this morning try be all loving and it made me more mad at him grrrr rant over

It's easy to turn to comfort foods like biscuits at times. Just put it behind you now.

Does blaming your husband help? ...I suppose that if you went for a long walk instead of eating half a packet of biscuits...

I feel rough for half a week if I eat something I should not - but I am learning from experience.

Would it be possible not to have the biscuits in the house or other temptations, then you can't slip up. Your only option would be for something healthy.

These things happen and are normal. Don't regret. Maybe you can leave out a meal or part of it instead.

Just carry on with your normal regime again.

The best advice I was ever given was to eat till 80% full. That has helped me.
