Does anyone know how many calories in 4 beef meatballs & homemade bolognese sauce. I can only find shop bought bolognese sauce which I don,t buy.

Not knowing what the recipe is, I can't help you Kbed. Write down all the ingredients you have used and the weights of each and then, I'm afraid it is a case of working it out. Once you have done it, make sure you write down the recipe and the calories so that you don't have to do it again
