well - I've done 12 weeks using the NHS Website and my own common sense and I've lost 1 stone and 4 pounds - My goal was 1.5 stone so I still have 3 pounds to go but I'm so proud of my little self that I just wanted to tell someone - but you feel bad telling people who are also trying to diet so I thought I'd post it on here where nobody knows me (I think). My BMI has come down into the healthy range so I'm really pleased about that and I must say I think that walking 2 miles every day (with my dogs) has been the one thing that I have done differently this time and seems to have helped shift that stubborn weight that I couldn't get rid of before. It was a chore at first but now I love it and when I went on holiday for a week I actually missed the walking - I felt really lazy!
