So I'm new to all this I've just signed up. I'm wondering if there is anyone that suffers from pcos. I've always suffered with this and it's played a big part in my life firstly with having children. After having my second child my left ovaries has been playing up. I've been refered to the doctors to which he told me that I needed to be at the bottom end of my bmi that's 7stone. I'm 10 stone now I only want to loss a stone but I'm struggling. I don't over eat and I'm very active due to my job. I'm a community care assistant x
