As you who have PCOS know it is an embarrassing problem, embarrassing in the excess body hair, embarrassing in not feeling like a woman and embarrassing in the difficulty in losing weight, it really gets me down.Today I weighed myself and I have lost the first 20lbs (still another 7 stone to go). My facial hair is not growing in as quickly. I have had 2 periods in the last 3 months, I was lucky to get 2 a year. My legs are getting some shapely definition. I'm starting to feel feminine. The other unwanted body hair is still there but i'm hoping will get thinner as I lose more weight. I'm still a size 22/24 on a 5'2" frame but I've got more confidence, I'm happier and I feel like a woman (Shania Twain singing along in my head). Take that PCOS!!!!!
