My success on weight loss is dependent on measuring daily everything I eat and drink. The NHS 12 week Plan has no facility to do this so I have designed my own calculator which I am happy to share but how do I attach a 'Document' from my computer?

I am not sure and TBH, if I was sure, as i haven't had my two cups of coffee I am not fully awake just yet
I did a spreadsheet for mine with all the calories on per item I have in the house regularly
Another tab for that days meals and another one for recipes
Now though I mainly use myfitnesspal to record everything - like many people on here It's free and you can purchase a premium one if you want but the basic does all I need You can also change your calorie goal on it as it set at 1200 cals - mine is now set mid range of my NHS BMI calculator calorie range
