Its been a while since I have been on here, sadly, since December I have fallen back into my one habits, and gained back some of the weight I had lost. By December, I had lost 20lbs, however, since then I have gained back 6lbs. Although I am still one stone lighter than I was last year, it is still sad news, both to admit to myself and everyone else.
Starting today, I am starting from where I left off. I still have 26lbs to lose to reach my goal weight, but due to last year, I am already half way through my weight loss journey. I am planning on doing the same 'diet' this time, in which I just eat healthier and smaller portions. However, I do feel as though I have learnt a significant amount about weight loss since last year, as last year I was starting out completely new, now I understand what is required, and what healthy foods I enjoy. I believe this time the weight will come off slower, however, I am okay with that. I seem to have also have accepted that it is a slow process and that it is a marathon, not a sprint - to be cliche.
I guess that is all I wanted to say, but I am hoping to take more advice from this forum and make the most of it.
