Looking to lose weight and stay positive!

I need to lose at least ten pounds but would love to make it twenty. I work full time in accounting and try to get out as much as possible in my spare time. I love to walk close to home in the woods. I love to cycle in the spring, summer and autumn. Golf and yoga are what I really need to add into my life more.

I am looking for support from like minded people, to get myself motivated and not fall off the plan.

I eat pretty healthy already but need to make sure the portion sizes are not creeping up...

Thanks Gary!

What week are you in? What do you find the hardest?

I think that is why this forum can help me to stay on track by learning how other people are dealing with the same situations.

Good luck to you!

I just go week to week ,dealing with stress is hard for me .I also need to excercise regularly and this makes me feel positive.

We all support each other on here and at times I need it and also I'm happy to support others in whatever way I can.we have so much to deal with on a daily basis, and it's good to be able to offload.

Hope that helps .

Exercise really helps me when I'm stressed particularly a brisk walk. I find myself procrastinating about this but when I make the effort to get out I notice a big difference. I have also bought a cheap exercise bike to use during the winter months, which has been sitting there the last few weeks...

My biggest challenge is to not over do it, it almost seems as though it's balls to the wall or nothing!

Have a good week.
