Hi and welcome, Jen :)

I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link

You'll find all the information you need to navigate the forum in the header, so please take the time to read it carefully.

Wishing you all the best :)

Hello jenf1950. I am 62 and there are quite a few of us here over 60 so you can feel quite at home.

Welcome to you.

We are never too old to get fitter and slimmer .

There are lots of us "seniors" on here and I can vouch personally that if you take it slow and steady you are far more likely to keep the weight off.

This time next year you could look and feel like a new woman. I did it and so can you. Lots of people to give support on here ☺
