Hi everyone... Firstly, huge hugs for starting this journey. I'm nervous, anxious but overall excited and optimistic about changing my life to come.
I don't like scales...haha..I have lymphodema of my left leg so I can be great all week and still put weight on if I'm swollen! However, I need to be positive n proactive now!!
Ps...how do I post or ask to be added to a weigh in day.

TO answer your question from your other post, I use my phone but find a laptop or tablet easier to find my way around
