Have been alcohol free for 10 days and feel like my clothes fit better already!!
Need to start eating healthier and exercising more and am choosing a new bicycle this week. It's part of a cycle to work plan and as I only work 3 miles away I'm going for it!!
I also weighed myself (sob)π’π but it needed to be done π so...I love FB so I'm going to try and keep this healthy journal type diary going too .

The NHS 12 week plan is really good - not sure what your weight loss goals are, but I'd like to wish you a great week ahead, and enjoy your exercise.

Thanks so much..I want to lose 2.5 stone..would be happy to drop 2 dress sizes...so it's really not out of my reach. I sort out healthy packed lunches for my family and need to sort myself!!! I work part time and my husband works nights so it can be difficult to sort evening meals but I'm putting together a shopping list and weekly menu...Having a Plan definitely works!
I'm doing it to raise funds for Macmillan...I drink in moderation but obviously more if stressed or socialising etc...it's surprising how often you reach for just a glass...the calories are massive !!! But it is tough lol !! Thanks so much for your positive comments π
I'm with you on the alcohol free - had nothing but two really, really small beers for a whole week- hubby poured me about 150ml! It's tough but when you feel the weight drop off, so worth it. Well done you.
I am and same as you I have not had a drink for 10 days. It was becoming a bit of a habit and although I was eating healthy, counting calories and doing exercise I wasn't losing any weight. But in the the last 10 days I have lost 2.4lbs. Brill πππ
I also feel so much better in myself.
I am going to stay alcohol free for the rest of the month and may even consider abstaining until I get to my ideal weight.
