Here I go
Hi RevKev and welcome to the weight loss forum.
I can seem daunting at first but just take it one day at a time and break the 4 stone up into 7lbs targets.

Don't mention COT..... It's completely addictive to me, red or brown sauce?
Have a great first week here and good luck on your journey.
Yes RevKev I went through a cheese on toast stage I now find it to greasy, I. Do love cheese so limit myself to just a little. Grated on a salad. I like simple recipes as it’s just my hubby and myself to cook for and he is very traditional in what he will eat, He says ‘I don’t want your diet rubbish’ or sometimes changes the rubbish word for something more colourful/unprintable...
Good luck with your weight loss.
It is definitely never too late RevKev there have been lots of us on here over 60 who successfully got down to a healthy weight . I started age 62 and lost 2.5 stone . I've managed to keep it all off and am now 65.
