I started yesterday with hubs as over the past 3 years we have lost weight and then gained it back. I need the structure of a meal plan (with shopping list) so I can easily follow it. When I'm left to my own devices I go off kilter. I have done the first week's plan and received my online shopping this morning so no excuses now!!

Good for you ptb, why not log your plan on the Daily Diary?
Congrats you are on the right Track and do like moreless mentioned log on Daily Diary. Do not forget to get into a exercise routine. Can be simple as a 30 minute walk in the refreshing air to make you feel good. Remember you can do this and do not forget that. Best wishes on your journey!!!
