I’m starting tomorrow with hubs as I only saw the plan on Facebook tonight.
3 years ago I was 100kg and a size 16/18, I stopped taking gabapentin and went down to 85kg and a size 14 in 9 months.
18 months ago I started on antidepressants to help lessen my Asperger sensitivities and have put it all back on again
I’m a post person and walk around 40-50 miles a week. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I do have a sweet tooth now and again but am mainly savoury foods and wholemeal carbs.
This plan is my last resort as my best friend is getting married in April and I need to fit into the dress she ordered for me last year

Zplease try and find alternatives to your Asperger, esp if it’s causing weight gain ( which you suggest it might be).
Portion distortion is another big area, we often feed ourselves larger portions than we need, check out portion sizes and do a bmr check ( basic metabolic rate) to see what you need to eat calorie wise to lose weight.
