Welcome to the forum sal2432

Personally I don't think taking a break is the right way to go - I think being more lenient and still logging your calorie intake helps you not go totally overboard

I would like to invite you to join our Newbie Club,

Hello sal2432 and welcome.

Tend to agree with you as it helped me change my life (it is as dramatic as it sounds). One can still eat mindfully though.

Being here, I have found that there are many people following many paths. These paths work for them and that's quite important.

Good luck with your new journey and stay in regular contact with this forum, even if it's just to read everyone's posts and others' replies.
