So unapologetically, I took a break (fpr 3 months) from my weight loss journey, and even gained back most of the weight. Was worth is because I aint smoked a cigarette in 80 days
As I look back on my first attempt, I seem to have done good for about 3 weeks then slowly slid back
What tools did you use to keep on track?
Also I'm just gonna big up Biancoli (sweet stemmed cauliflower) and purple sprouting broccoli. Excellent treat when you get bored of the standard veggies... the meal below had iust 380 calories

It's good you focused on the smoking which probsbly does even more harm than being fat. Focus on food changes that you can sustain, you got to make this long term, it won't work if you make it so hard you can't stick to it. I have missed you as we have had interesting conversations before x
I quit smoking after 25 years. Good for you. Keep it up. It is so worth it!! It has been five years for me and eventually you won't even want to or be able to smoke. Weight loss is next. You can do it!
Nice to meet you thero_cpd . Well done on binning the cigs.👏 Loving your meal. Jump back on the wagon and good luck on your journey. 👍😊
