Break snacking behaviour using “A Round Tuit”!

Here’s a tip for breaking impulsive snacking behaviour: cut out a ‘Round Tuit’ and attach it to your refrigerator or pantry cupboard door. Each time you open the fridge or pantry door — for no good reason — make a tally-mark. Chances are you’ll be able to catch yourself ‘in the act’ of snacking due to stress or boredom. Yesterday I caught myself ‘just in time’ several times; I probably prevented hundreds of calories of excess snacking as a result.

Best of luck with this, BrightBlueSky. If you have a cellphone, I'd love to see a pic of your chart and hear whether or not it helps divert your attention from the refrigerator to something that truly supports weight loss.
