[gman1961]

Here we are at that time of year,for some it's joyous,others shed a tear.

So much food people need to buy,or we try a new thing saying let's give it a try.

So much temptation will come our way,let's rise above it ,let's all say.

We don't need to stuff ourselves, with all that's in the cupboard and on the shelves

Don't undo all the work we've done,just to get by and to have some fun.

So when you're sat there on boxing Day,don't look back at the words I say .

HealthUnlocked has worked for me,so be strong yourselves and try not to fail easily.
