Hello. Just signed up. Weight is starting to creep up. Clothes are very uncomfortable. Need to drop around 2 stone. Would be happy with 1.5 stone. I enjoy the gym but my biggest problem is time in the kitchen. Finding/making time to prep/batch cook is hard. Look forward to some motivation and advice xx

Hi there, I try to have 3 meals a day, sometimes I miss a meal to lose weight, then just snack all day which is how I end up consuming too many calories.
