Hi. I’m new here. I started my weight loss journey five months ago and have lost 21 pounds, so far. But for the last couple of weeks there has been no change. Has anyone any advice on how to break it?

You have done so well to lose 21lbs so far well done you. If you have stayed the same for a few weeks then maybe you need to shake things up a little by increasing your exercise or checking your BMI to see if your having the correct calories now that you have lost 21lbs.
