Week 2

Hello, too scared to go on scales as was away for the weekend and ate very badly.

However I did go to the gym 4 time last week which really helped my mood.

I saw psychiatrist last week who wants to maintain my meds, so I really need to start eating healthier to counteract the side effects of the meds.

I'm on those meds too. I think that's why my weight loss is so very slow. Gotta be on them so I will have to work harder. You can do it too!!

Hi Livetotravel

Never be too scared to go on the scales, just remember it is only a number and we all have those bad days or weeks when we go over. Just draw a line under your bad weekend and carry on, you can do it. That is great going with the gym, well done. :)

The number on the scales is just one part of what makes us feel better. Healthy eating and exercise are brilliant too. Sounds like you have a good mindset going on there.
