week 2
Congratulations!!
Thanks ebroggin.
HI newpie,
Yeah, it can be a bit discouraging trying to lose weight at this time of year with the cold and the wet.
I'm quite looking forward to spring and the longer days and getting the dog out on the hills more and generally upping the activity levels and the calorie burn.
Well done.
Hi Doikosp, yes a nice dry spring would be most welcome, walking boots instead of wellies
Looks like we are going through the programme matching week for week.
Well done on your weightloss too, that is a great weight shift, imagine how upside down stuff is with us in the north of scotland normally doing the snow shuffling at this time of the winter and yet we have green hills and mountains and not even much snow on the mountains and the south is soldiering on with snow etc. I assume you are in the UK?
Hi mietjie, yes in the Midlands. It is strange weather, sat had to clear the drive of snow to get the car out. Sunday it was, what snow? all gone. How are you finding the plan?
I like the plan, it is good having a day at a time to deal with. Yesterday I had a big bouncing fall off the diet wagon so it is a painful climb back on today and staying put!!! I did manage to go for my run, but in atrocious conditions and I hope I am not going to pay a penalty for that as I have a sore throat this morning.
Hope you have a good day
