Can anyone help?

I went to bed last night and weighed 18.8.

This morning I was 18.4!

How can this be?

Have a wonderful day. Keep going even if your struggling. I have struggled over the weekend but this group helped me to not give up. Small steps are better than bug ones I'm finding

That's a problem we'd all love to have, Mr J!! :D

We always weigh heavier in the evening, than in the morning :)

Remember that water weighs quite a lot so being heavier in the evening (even if it is by 4 lbs) is not too unusual. Lucky old you though!! ;-) Keep up the good work and have a good day!! :-)

Because of these anomalies I try and weigh the same time wearing the same thing twice a week on the same days 😅

I always wear the same thing every time I weigh as well - my birthday suit! ;) :D

(Do have to wear my glasses though or I won't be able to see the scale!)

I have a talking scale that tells me my weight. All I have to do stand up straight get on scale does the rest.

I typically lose 1kg overnight and then put 1kg back on during the day. :-)

I don't know about kilos, but I always weigh 3lbs lighter in the morning - so I always weigh myself first thing in the morning! Hopefully at least one of those missing lbs of yours won't reappear by tonight.....but do remember to look at your weekly weights for the real picture; and keep a belt where you can watch the notches gradually move...until eventually you need a new belt or a hole punch!
