Thank you for your kindness- I started mid January (slimming world) have never stuck with anything long enough before , understood what food was best and I need group to keep me on track and supported- works for me π
I joined slimming world in January- so taken mea few months to lose the 4 stones but has been consistent throughout. I choose sw as I needed the 'shame' on the scales plus support and meet new people. I like tomake sure that I do 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week. I have learnt so much about food and what I personally can and can't tolerant- eg for me with PCOS I can only have carbs once a day.
