As u may be able to tell, I'm delighted to have lost 2lb this week meaning I've lost 1st 1lb overall!! Soooooo happy to be past that 1st point. No inches lost anywhere this week but I had good inch loss last week so kinda expecting I wouldn't have much this week.Β
I can see the difference in the mirror. I love that my waist and cheek bones are coming back into their own!Β
I've stuck to my 1200 a day calories this week but only managed 5 workouts instead of my usual 6.
I'm really proud that I've stuck to plan so well as I had a car crash this week (my first ever one as a driver. Not my fault. No injuries, just damage to my car) and it really shook me up. I know something stressful would normally have been an excuse to just be lazy and order takeaway instead of cooking healthy or for me to turn to chocolate but I didn't!!! Massive achievement for me.Β
Hoping to lose 2lb a week for the next 2 weeks to take me into the 12 stones.
Onwards and downward!
