Not so much fell off wagon but jumped!!!!

Well I joined here about 4 months ago.started off all good then lost the plot,again!!back on track now so here I go again!!

Welcome back, so glad you're returned :) Take a moment to figure out what happened. If it's something to do with time or with inclination or not liking what you were doing, address that. Health is an ongoing process, one of tweaks and adjustments rather than of finding the answer and never moving from it.

Thank you.this is how I roll! Serial yo yo dieter.want to loose a stone this time.gained and lost so much more over the years.Christmas is a good incentive for me.lots going on.want to feel good and enjoy it

Great to hear you are back on track! This healthy eating plus a little more activity has to become the normal way for us or we end up right back where we started!

I know, I have been up and down between 11stone and 15 stones plus over the years. Much of my life is spent somewhere in the middle - like right now I weigh 13st 2lbs and find it hard to stick with it and lose that last stone! (I'll settle for 12st if I can get there). What feels "normal" to me now must become a distant memory!

Let's focus on looking and feeling good for Christmas so we can really enjoy those 2 or 3 days of fun and frolics!

I kinda had an off the wagon evening last night. Choosing not to dwell on it and just focus on one day at a time
