When I first started losing weight I just looked to stick to my diet plan and see what loss resulted

As I achieved success I then decided with the BMI calculator on here my goal weight in conjunction with my dress size

I am 172lbs now from 189.my next goal is 168, 1st and a half. My healthy range is 145 which is what I was when I got married and was a size 4-6. That's my ultimate goal. Good luck to you!
