I am not a big fan of fish either but I do like prawns. I had this last night and it was delicious BUT if prawns cost there what they do in Australian its not a cheap dinner. But very healthy and delicious for a splurge. Low carb, low fat, law calorie max taste.

If you look to the right hand side of the page under "Topics" you will see that there are threads with different ideas for recipes and meals.
I just search online for whatever I want to eat and adapt recipes to make them lower calorie by including a lot more vegetables in them usually.
Our meal later today is aubergine and chickpea curry. I am just using a ready-made curry paste. Aubergines are very low calorie and chickpeas contain healthy protein.
I will not serve this along side the traditional rice but instead I shall be having mashed carrot and Swede! It sounds like a weird combination but I don't really eat rice anymore.
