Bit of a hiccup on holidays ☹️

Well was losing slowly and exercising really well before going on family holiday.

Was pretty active on exercise and quite controlled on all inclusive but managed 1 and half pound gain but not going to let this make us slide back from our fitness journey. We don't drink normally but did have a few each night and a couple of cakes and puds.......but the damage could have been a lot worse and we are motivated to carry on to our next holiday in four weeks. Aiming for 7lbs now it's getting to warming home made soup times and lots of indoor you tube exercises now weather not so nice. 😇😇😘

WOW well done on such a small gain whilst on an all inclusive holiday that is fantastic

I am sure you will lose that in no time now you are back home and get back into a routine

Am so jealous of you having another holiday to look forward to in 4 weeks

Well thank you. We are semi retired and going on our first cruise and if my husband likes it hopefully many more and on a cruise we should be able to keep moving and eat healthier 😇 well that's the plan😳🥗🍏🍉🍇🍓🥑🥒🍅not🍔🥞🍟🍩🍪🍦
