Thing still don't see to be slowing down!

Adulthood is a very strange thing.

It has been quite a transition for me.

I am only in my early 20's, no major responsibilities but work; yet I am finding it difficult to manage everything. I am definitely in a better place and I am learning to implement a lot of self care. I am now working with my anaemia and not trying to do way too much, especially things that aren't compulsory.

I have not weighed in (Will do next Monday). I went away last weekend and did way too much damage. I have moved workout days to Wed-Fri this week. My gym session this afternoon was very productive and I was able to push myself further than I have before.

This week, food has been good! Choices have been good too and I had a delicious chickpea soup for lunch. That is one thing I love about Autumn, warm hearty & (healthy) delicious meals.

Tomorrow I have a circuit class & Friday Zumba. I have added in classes as part of my work out routine. Sunday morning I'll be going for a run! :)

The key for me is to make sure I keep moving and make those day to day changes!

Have a happy and healthy week! x

Hi.Good on you for wanting to be healthier .That is the first best step,no doubt.

As for being adult -you are already miles ahead of me .

Don't think I started to grow up until I was about 35 -delayed development or what?

Good luck!
