well when I don't want to have a big meal I will. It is better to portion out small sized snacks rather than one big meal..snacking doesn't mean poor choices 😐
Carrots, celery, nuts, raisins, grapes, cherry tomatoes, mini cucumbers.
I drink water to stop me feeling hungry.
