I think you only have to learn how to be content with a little amount of food and be hungry in bed. You'll get used to it. Please don't eat a lot for supper.

Diet and pilates is great for core strength

Cut out everything with transfats (look on My Fitness Pal - website. Also cut down on carbs, cut down to a minimum sugars and fats, but eat LOTS of other non-sugary fruits, and veggies. x

Hi everyone, we might as well have nothing to eat at all and only water to drink, as too much of this causes so and so, too much of that causes something else, on top of that they say something is wrong with one type of food one month, then the next month it's another type of food, such as chicken and eggs one time then horse meat another time , it makes us wonder how we can survive, but hey ho, we manage to live through it all somehow don't we?

No, on the contrary it makes me peaceful so I sleep well. By hungry, I don't mean really hungry, but a little so.

Sorry to disappoint but everything I have read for a flat tummy points to very clean eating, I.e. No processed/ fast foods that includes no cheat days or treats!
